Changes are coming for VXT’s pricing

Hi 👋

I’m letting you know about improvements to VXT and changes to our pricing.

Changes to pricing

We regularly review our pricing as part of our commitment to evolve and enhance the VXT platform.

From 8th November 2024, the following change applies to you:

  • Monthly Call plan increasing from $70 NZD to $80 NZD, per user, per month.
  • Annual Call plan increasing from $52.50 NZD to $60 NZD, per user, per month, paid annually.

The new price will effect you at your next renewal after 8th November 2024.

  • Annual If you pay annually, the new price will effect you on the date that your annual subscription renews.
  • Monthly If you pay monthly and renew on the 15th of each month, the new price will effect you from 15th November. To delay the effect of the price increase you can move to annual payments prior to the price change.

If you’d like to move to annual payments you must email info@vxt.co.nz by 1st November 2024.

We announced seperate changes to international calling pricing earlier this year.

Improvements to VXT

Today VXT is the easiest to use phone system in the world, but we’re just getting started. Whether you have been a VXT customer for years, or just a few weeks I’m sure you have noticed that VXT gets better quickly.

In just the last few months we have improved VXT in so many ways, here are some of the more obvious ones,

  • Added AI call summarizations to call transcriptions (at no additional cost)
  • Improved all of our existing integrations
  • Released support for inbound MMS (receiving pictures and attachments via text)
  • Shipped the Records page so administrators can review important call history for the whole team
  • Launched @mentions so you can easily share your notes from calls with your team
  • Tonnes of design improvements to make VXT easier to use

There are so many exciting changes coming in the next 12 months, some big and some small,

  • Refreshed Billing page so you can quickly view all of your invoices, and detailed breakdowns of Usage charges
  • Enhanced control over what your team can and cannot do in VXT
  • Support for outbound MMS
  • Billing in your local currency
  • Custom hold music
  • WhatsApp integration
  • Design improvements to the Call flow builder and Switcher
  • Adding lot’s to the Team page for internal messaging (Goodbye MS Teams 👋)
  • Significant improvements to all of our existing integrations 🔗
  • Video conferencing
  • Fax 📠

Signed up in the last few months?

If you’ve recently joined VXT, the proposal you signed already reflects this updated pricing. A discount has been applied to your account until November 8th, after which you’ll be billed according to the price in your proposal.

What do I need to do right now?

There is no immediate action required from you.

Thank you for helping us build the future. I’ll see you soon.

Vxt Awarded NZBI Grant

Students Luke Campbell, Lucy Turner and Lachlan Maclean are on a mission to make voicemail in New Zealand more efficient with their software company Vxt. The trio are developing a 'visual voicemail' inbox application which converts voicemail to text and highlights the key point of the message. This month Vxt received a $4000 grant from New Zealand Business Intelligence (NZBI), as a part of their Giving Back competition for young entrepreneurs.
