1. Implementation intro meeting

Every team is unique. The introduction meeting serves as an opportunity for you to connect with your implementation manager and for us to learn about your team's unique requirements. This ensures VXT is set up the way you want it and there are not nasty surprises.

2. Phone number porting

If you're bringing existing phone numbers to VXT, we've got you covered!
Porting times vary significantly depending on your country. You'll discuss porting with your implementation manager in the implementation intro call.

1 - 6 weeks

3. Admin training meeting

Your implementation manager will take administrators through account set up and bespoke training to help them manage your team.

4. User training meeting

Unless otherwise arranged all of the non-admin users are trained together in one group session. Your implementation manager is an expert capable of rapidly troubleshooting hiccups and helping users through the training process on the fly in groups as small as two or as large as one hundred people. If anyone misses live training, pre-recorded training video playlists are available on demand or we can arrange additional sessions.

5. Review Meeting

The implementation review meeting is the last step of your implementation giving you the opportunity to reflect on how things went, resolve issues and share feedback with your implementation manager.

How long will the onboarding process take?

VXT will work with your timeline of when you need to go live. However, if you need to port your numbers this can take an additional 2 - 6 weeks, depending on the country you are located in.

Can I bring my existing numbers to VXT?

Yes, you can port your numbers to VXT and your account manager will take care of this process for you.

What kind of support can I receive after I have been onboarded?

After you have been setup, support is free for 6 months to ensure you are getting the best use out of VXT for your business. Support for bugs will always be free.

What if we don't have anyone technical on our team?

VXT is the easiest phone system you will ever use. Our customer success team will provide comprehensive training so that regardless of technical ability you will have the tools and confidence to use VXT.
